Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges:

At Bontirebouchon, we do our best to ensure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible so you won't encounter any surprises when you receive your order. We want our customers to know exactly what they're ordering.

Order cancellation policy:

We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly process all orders placed on our website. Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@bontirebouchon.com as quickly as possible.

A large majority of items in stock are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours; it is imperative that you contact us during this period so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.

No request to cancel your order can be considered if it has already been processed.

Address errors:

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of this address and to contact us immediately to inform us of any changes. These changes can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.).
In these latter cases, these packages can be returned to us, but not always.

If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you a refund of your order minus shipping costs or we will offer to reship it, according to your choice.

You are not eligible for reshipment or a refund of your order until your package has been received by the sender.

Return policy :

We accept returns for any reason! Whether you're dissatisfied or have simply changed your mind. Our return policy is 14 days from the date you receive your products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us by email: contact@bontirebouchon.com To obtain and complete the return form, sign it and send it with your package to the address we will provide when you contact our support team.

Exchanges / Refunds / Replacements

If you are within the 14-day return period, we offer you 3 options:

1. Exchange your item for a different size/color.

Exchanges are only available for the same size and/or color. Exchanging for a different product is strictly prohibited. We recommend returning your original item for a refund and then placing a new order for the product you want.

2. Refund details and vouchers

By default, the refund method is a voucher. If you would like to receive a refund, please let us know.

Only the final price paid (after any discount and transaction fees) will be refunded.

Discount codes or vouchers cannot be reissued and are non-refundable.

3. Replacement of an incorrect or defective item

We are very sorry! Please send us an email to contact@bontirebouchon.com with the following details:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the problem (e.g., wrong/defective item)
  3. Photos or a video

    How can I get a refund for my product?

    If you wish, we can ship you a new product or replace it with another item of the same value.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Due to inspection, warehousing, and processing fees, some items may incur a 15% restocking fee for returned and refunded orders. Orders that are exchanged, or items returned/exchanged due to manufacturer defects, will not incur this restocking fee. The fee will be applied to the original order, and the remaining balance will be refunded. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    How long does it take to get a refund?

    Refunds can generally take up to two weeks to process. All refunds must be verified for authenticity and submitted to our accounting department for processing.

    How do I return an item?

    • Each return request must be accompanied by a return form .
    • Please fill out this form as accurately as possible and send your item along with this form to the return address that we will provide by email.

    Late or missing refunds:

    • Check your bank account
    • Contact your bank
    • Processing time generally takes 3 to 5 business days

    If you have done all of this and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at contact@bontirebouchon.com

    Delivery :

    The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. If you receive a refund, you will receive exactly what you paid for the product (less any restocking fees).

    If you would like an exchange: depending on your country of origin, your exchanged item may take 2 to 7 weeks to reach you.

    The return shipping costs will then remain your responsibility.

    In the event of a refund, we guarantee that it will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package. Cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted under any circumstances.
