Shipping generally takes about 24 to 48 hours.

However, manufacturing the products, processing your order, and delivering (free of charge) require a maximum of 10 to 20 business days from our team. We make every effort to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of our merchandise.

We deliver our products worldwide. There is no minimum order quantity and all our deliveries are free (excluding overseas territories).

If your order includes multiple products, they may be shipped separately, depending on stock availability and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.

Deliveries to French overseas territories (DOM-TOM) generally take longer (up to 2 months from the order date). Therefore, to remain affordable, an additional delivery charge will be applied to the following countries:

- Saint-Barthélemy

Yes, as long as your order is not " being processed ".

It is perfectly possible to cancel your order! However, if the order is already being prepared, the cancellation fee will amount to 40% of the purchase price.

It is impossible to cancel an order once the package has been shipped.

Our products undergo rigorous quality control checks before each shipment. However, if your product has any manufacturing defects, please send us a photo of the product in question (in its original packaging if possible) to contact@bontirebouchon.fr along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
