3 Cocktails for Tiki Glasses!
Tiki cocktails have come back into fashion in recent years and offer a much-appreciated tropical touch to our drinks! Very popular in the 40s and 50s, Tiki glasses saw many recipes popularized by being served in the famous glasses.

What makes one cocktail more Tiki than another is not precisely defined; let's just say that rum is very often found and tropical fruits are always present.

1) Coconut Mojito
Here's a freshly invented cocktail, placing the very famous Mojito in an exotic setting...

Ingredients for 1 person
- 9cl of Rum
- 3cl of coconut cream 🥥
- 4cl of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon of cane sugar syrup
- 4cl of sparkling water
- Mint leaves 🌿
Place sliced lime and a few mint leaves in the bottom of a Tiki glass , then muddle them with a cocktail muddler . Fill the glass with ice, then pour in the coconut cream, rum, and soda water. Stir with a cocktail spoon , top up with ice, garnish with a sprig of mint, and serve!
2) Tiki Voodoo
This variant of the famous Voodoo is more suited to Tiki glasses; it does not have layers but a deliciously tropical taste.

Ingredients for 1 person
- 10cl of apple juice 🍎
- 5cl of amber rum
- 2cl of red vermouth
- 1 cl of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 cl of cane sugar syrup
Fill your shaker halfway with ice cubes, then add all the ingredients. Shake vigorously for about fifteen seconds to allow the mixture to become very cold. Pour the mixture into a Tiki glass , straining out the ice cubes.
3) Zesty Ginger Lime
Literally "Spicy Ginger-Lime", this cocktail offers a spicy touch with its rum and ginger, rounded off by cane syrup which perfectly complements the cocktail.

Ingredients for 1 person:
- 6cl of spiced rum 🌶️
- 2 cl of ginger syrup
- 2 cl of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 cl of cane sugar syrup
Fill your cocktail shaker three-quarters full with ice, then add all the ingredients. Shake vigorously for about ten seconds. Strain the mixture into a Tiki glass . Add more ice to fill the glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and serve!
