Ingredients

• 1.5cl of liqueur or crème de cacao 🍫 (typically Bailey's)
• 6cl of vodka

You can start by coating the rim of your glass with cocoa. Combine the ingredients and shake well in a shaker filled with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and serve.

The Sidecar

Ingredients

• 4.5cl of Cognac (Hennessy preferred)
• 2cl of Cointreau
• 2cl of lemon juice 🍋

Optional

• 1 orange peel

You can start by sweetening the rim of the glass. Pour the ingredients into your shaker filled with ice and mix well. Strain into a cocktail coupe . Garnish with an orange peel on a cocktail pick as shown in the picture, or with a spiral.

The French 95

Here's an excellent champagne cocktail , or sparkling wine if you prefer. It 's one of the sweetest drinks on our list. The champagne balances the sweetness, making it refreshing and easy to drink.

Ingredients

• 2.5cl of sugar syrup (agave syrup for example)
• 1.5 cl of lemon juice
• 3 cl of orange juice
• 2.5cl of Bourbon
• Champagne or sparkling wine

Pour the ingredients (except the Champagne or sparkling wine) into a shaker and shake well. Strain into a glass with ice cubes, then top with Champagne or sparkling wine (be careful with the foam). There you have it, the French 95 at its finest.

The Sex on the Beach cocktail

The enticing name of this drink garnered it a lot of attention in the past. But it's not all about the name. The sweet and sour interplay in the mouth, brought about by its ingredients, makes it a very interesting beverage.

Ingredients

• 4.5cl of Vodka
• 1.5cl of peach schnapps 🍑
• 3cl of pineapple juice
• 6cl of cranberry juice

Optional

• 1 Cocktail Palm Tree 🌴

Add all the ingredients to your ice-filled shaker , then shake. Strain through the ice and serve in a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a cocktail palm tree for a truly tropical feel!

The Island Breeze

As refreshing as its name suggests, this is another drink that proves rum pairs well with a variety of flavors . This colorful beverage also goes down very well with the ladies every time.

Ingredients

• 4.5cl of Rum
• 3cl of cranberry juice
• 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
• 12cl of pineapple juice 🍍
